• What’s your role within the Company ?

I'm the Managing Partner together with David. I’m in charge of the daily business of CMD. I’m also responsible for the Marketing and the product development strategy.

• What do you like best in your job ?

The job is very challenging and the fact that no day is the same makes it even more exciting. We really work in a start-up mind-set by adapting a lean way to develop the company further and further.

• What job did you want to do as a child ?

​ As a child I wanted to work with the Ocean (research on whales)

• What do you like in your Company ?

​The fact that we’re a small team and that each and every one communicates with each other. This makes the work much more comfortable and efficient.
